Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw ground cacao

    I like the recipe but it would be more useful if you also gave the nutritional value, ie carbs, fats & proteins. I am always looking for healthy snacks to eat on my long bike rides but also want to know how much “fuel” I am getting.
