- 2 cups Non-fat Greek yogurt (or any yogurt of choice)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Frozen strawberries
- 1 scoop 37 Superfoods+
- 1 scoop Protein powder (optional)
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well until you have a colorful fluffy consistency.
- Pour your mix on a baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Place in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours. Overnight is recommended.
- Cut up into squares and enjoy!
