High Octane Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup skim milk
- ½ cup cold coffee
- 1 scoop of MyNurish Essential Whey Protein Powder
Directions
Add ingredients in the order listed into a blender. Blend until smooth.
Berry Acai & Kale Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2/3 of a cup of berries of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of acai
- 1/2 a cup of kale leaves (remove the hard parts of the stalks)
- 1/4 of a cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
- 1 scoop of MyNurish Essential Whey Protein Powder
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender together. Pulse on high. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Banana & Almond Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
- 1 cup de-stemmed kale leaves or baby spinach
- 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 scoop of MyNurish Essential Whey Protein Powder
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple, frozen
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 Tbsp of coconut flakes
- Dash of cinnamon

Ingredients
- 1-2 cups very cold, filtered water
- ¾ pound organic romaine lettuce, rough chopped, about 1 head
- ½ head large bunch or small bunch organic spinach
- 3-4 organic celery stalks, halved
- 1 organic green apple, cored, seeded, quartered
- ½ fresh organic lemon, peeled, seeded

Directions
- Place water, romaine, spinach, celery into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
