Protein Packed Whipped Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (can substitute for greek yogurt or full fat coconut milk for additional health benefits)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 scoop MyNurish’s whey protein powder
Directions
Whip up the raw cream and vanilla. But make sure mix in the protein powder in with a spoon first so it doesn’t splash up into the air because of the speed of the mixer.
