I’ve been a “juicer” for years. I was convinced that was the best way to get real nutrition from vegetables and fruits. However, I do not eat the pulp that is left over in the mixer. Wrong! I was told by a naturopath friend that the pulp may have as much nutritional value as the juice. He said 37 Superfoods+ uses the whole food including the skins, etc. Try it! I did and the taste is great! AND, guess what? I found that it is also a whole lot less expensive and easier than trying to keep fresh fruits and veggies on hand.
