Add ingredients in the order listed into a blender. Blend until smooth.

Berry Acai & Kale Protein Smoothie


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2/3 of a cup of berries of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon of acai
  • 1/2 a cup of kale leaves (remove the hard parts of the stalks)
  • 1/4 of a cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
  • 1 scoop of MyNurish Essential Whey Protein Powder


Place all the ingredients into a blender together. Pulse on high. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

Banana & Almond Butter Smoothie



  • 1 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup de-stemmed kale leaves or baby spinach
  • 1 large ripe frozen banana, chopped into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter 
  • 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

  • 2 to 3 ice cubes


Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
