At Nurish we get inspiration from children. Their imaginations are free, desires innocent, and ideas life changing. So when a child recently approached us and asked why he couldn’t have cookies for breakfast we decided that was a problem we wanted to solve.
But it wouldn’t be right to indulge in sugar laden cookies in the morning. That would mean an energy crash later. Instead we decided to pack our breakfast cookies with delicious spices, healthy ingredients, and a pop of Nurish’s ‘Line of Defense’ to set ourselves up for a healthy day with a yummy beginning.
What is MyNurish Line of Defense?
It’s a magical immune boosting (non-stimulating) formula using gluten-free, oat beta glucan (oat B-glucan) – a super nutrient found in oats. Line of Defense uses oat beta glucan to help lower serum cholesterol, triglycerides and blood glucose levels. It can also be a powerful defense for a weaken immune system. Great for those exposed to frequent sneezing, coughing and sniffling during the fall, winter and spring months.
